Mr. Ewell has over 30 years of experience in high-growth franchises that have reached the top of their industries. Ewell is one of the only executives directly involved in building Four Top 10 franchise companies. Mr. Ewell has served as our Chief Executive officer since our inception in 2008. Ewell began his career developing franchise plans for Econo Lodges of America and consulting in hotel franchises including Super 8, Radisson, Omni, etc. Jackson Hewitt followed, where he developed the franchise plan that put a storefront on every corner. Since then he’s worked for Ben Franklin – the oldest active franchise business in the U. S., Liberty Tax, Zero’s Subs, ServiStar® and other distinguished franchise companies. He is a certified Franchise Executive through the IFA and has a degree in Finance.

Mr. Knowlton has served as our Controller since May 2010. He has over 5 years of accounting experience. Mr. Knowlton served as staff accountant at the Williamsburg Winery. Mr. Knowlton attended Wittenberg University and also has a Masters in Science for Accounting from Old Dominion University.

Ms. Souder has served as our Compliance and Human Resources Administrator since March 2010. She has over 8 years of compliance experience and 20 years of customer service experience. Ms Souder served as Membership/Compliance Coordinator for Crawford Contractor Connection, a residential repair and restoration management company. Ms Souder attended Valdosta State University.
