ServiStar relocates headquarters

ServiStar USA LLC has relocated its headquarters to 11101 Warwick Blvd., Newport News.

A home repair and maintenance service company, ServiStar merged with Norfolk-based Johns Brothers HVAC in January 2010 and launched its franchise program in Hampton Roads. The company's first franchisee, JMR Heating & Cooling Inc. of Chesapeake, exceeded $1.3 million in revenue in its first nine months of operation, the company said.

The company is preparing to build a nationwide network of franchised home repair and maintenance service businesses. The company is based on a "One Call…ServiStar Does It All" approach, bringing together the primary home repair and maintenance service of electrical, plumbing, handyman and HVAC system repair and replacement services into a one-stop shop.
