CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING PLAN (up to 5 ton)
Annual Preventative Maintenance. This service is performed annually during the plan life and includes:

√  Chemically clean indoor & outdoor coil.
√  Clean blower assembly.
√  Lubricate indoor & outdoor motors.
√  Check belts & air filters (clean or replace if provided by owner).
√  Inspect ductwork.
√  Check air and water flow.
√  Inspect thermostat.
√  Inspect operating controls.
√  Inspect safety controls.
√  Inspect refrigerant lines.
√  Check refrigerant connections & pressures.
√  Clear drain lines.
√  Treat drain pan.
√  20% discount on labor for all repair work.*
√  Priority Service.**

HEAT PUMP PLAN (up to 5 ton)
Annual Preventative Maintenance. This service is performed annually during the plan life and includes:

√  Chemically clean indoor & outdoor coil (temperature permitting).
√  Clean blower assembly.
√  Lubricate indoor & outdoor motors.
√  Check reversing valve.
√  Check belts & air filters (clean or replace if provided by owner).
√  Inspect ductwork.
√  Check air and water flow.
√  Inspect thermostat.
√  Inspect operating controls.
√  Inspect safety controls.
√  Inspect refrigerant lines.
√  Check refrigerant connections & pressures.
√  Clear drain lines & treat drain pan (spring only).
√  20% discount on labor for all repair work.*

GAS HEAT PLAN (up to 250,000 BTU)
Annual Preventative Maintenance. This service is performed annually during the plan life and includes:

√  Clean pilot burner.
√  Clean blower assembly.
√  Lubricate all motors on burner, blower and circulars.
√  Inspect chamber or heat exchanger.
√  Inspect ductwork or piping.
√  Check air or water flow.
√  Check belts & air filters (clean or replace if provided by owner).
√  Inspect thermostat.
√  Test gas pressure.
√  Clean & inspect flue pipe.
√  Inspect operating controls.
√  Inspect safety controls.
√  Perform efficiency test.
√  20% discount on labor for all repair work.*
√  Priority Service.**

OIL PLANS - Furnaces/Boilers/Water Heaters (up to 2.00 GPH)
Annual Preventative Maintenance. This service is performed annually during the plan life and includes:

√  Clean burner.
√  Clean blower assembly.
√  Lubricate all motors on burner, blower and circulars.
√  Replace oil filter, burner nozzle and strainer.
√  Inspect combustion chamber or heat exchanger.
√  Inspect ductwork or piping.
√  Check air or water flow.
√  Check belts & air filters (clean or replace if provided by owner)
√  Inspect thermostat.
√  Check fuel pressure.
√  Inspect flue pipe (clean if necessary).
√  Inspect operating controls.
√  Inspect safety controls.
√  Check oil tank and lines, where accessible.
√  Perform efficiency test.
